All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@northstarpeptidelabs.ca with clear photos and order details. We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.

Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
